Article restructuring[edit]

@Less Unless: Hi, I saw your helpdesk query. As you are turning Isabel Marant into a page for the designer, you probably should link the article to the wikidata item for fr:Isabel Marant (the person) rather than es:Isabel Marant (the company). See Help:Interlanguage_links#Removing_a_link and Help:Interlanguage_links#Adding_a_new_link. There do seem to be more wikis with articles about the person than about the company. @TSventon: I have finished the article and as you noted changed linkage from wikidata company's profile to designer's. But I don't know maybe there are some other links that need to be corrected? Less Unless (talk) 21:21, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Less Unless: I have read the article and done some copy editing to improve the English in a few places and remove some promotional language. It is probably worth adding that in June 2016, Isabel Marant ceded control of her brand (51 %) to Montefiore Investment (see French wiki). I am not a wikidata expert but I have looked at that as well, adding a French description and removing an alternative birth date of 1994. @Edwardx: I see you have copy edited the article before, do you want to have a look as well?
