So I see the COI tag was added to this article because the creator had some COI concerns raised against him in the past, and he admits here [1] "again, no pay involved, I used to live near his family in Bronxville years back." I'll trimmed some mild hyperbole that wasn't terrible, but I think we are OK now. There's no question of notability, I'm currently in a rabbit hole of research about American's women magazines.
