What is special about this house, other than its association with a noted architect? Articles should meet Wikipedia's Notability guideline, and those that don't clearly explain their subject's notability may be deleted.
Is the 1899 construction date correct? How would a photo of a house built in 1899 appear in a book published three years earlier?
