Arizona[edit]

The section should probably include a mention of Arizona's upset of top-ranked USC in (I think) 1980. MisfitToys (talk) 01:29, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Good call. I got it confused with the 1978 upset on USC by Arizona State (which caused the split title that year between USC/Alabama). I checked' USC's media guide and the game you're looking for is in 1981check the season box on the in-text page 94. How weird it didn't come up in his obits. I'll see if I can't also find a contemporary news item. --Bobak (talk) 19:18, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Assessment[edit]

Article lacks content regarding subject's personal life during his career, all of which seems to be included in one short paragraph. It should probably be integrated in to the relevant sections and expanded. But, without it, article still qualifies as a Start. John Carter (talk) 21:15, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

With respect, I believe that the submitter is looking for an improvement from Start. Apart from the problem you highlighted, I know that his death is recent, but there is absolutely nothing in the article about this, bar the date of death - the article therefore appears incomplete for a non-living person. May I suggest this be considered for further rating when information has been added to that effect? Thanks. Ref (chew)(do) 23:08, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
