Comment[edit]

I plan to try to get a copy of the following: Lanoue, David J. (1991). "Debates that mattered: voters' reaction to the 1984 Canadian leadership debates". Canadian Journal of Political Science. 24 (1): 51(15). {{cite journal}}: Cite has empty unknown parameter: |coauthors= (help); Unknown parameter |month= ignored (help) --Coppertwig (talk) 15:29, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Other articles it may be useful to get a copy of:

Landes, Ronald G. (1985). "The Canadian General Election of 1984". Parliam Aff. 38 (1): 86–96. {{cite journal}}: Cite has empty unknown parameter: |coauthors= (help); Unknown parameter |month= ignored (help)

This ref is not properly formatted. Not sure if all authors are listed. "Canadian Federalism, The Charter of Rights, and the 1984 Election". ...R Gibbins, R Knopff, FL Morton - Publius: The Journal of Federalism, 1985 - intl-publius.oxfordjournals.org. {{cite journal}}: Cite has empty unknown parameters: |month= and |coauthors= (help)

Here's a link to an article: [1]

Need to replace French-language source(s) for: the fact that this was the first debate of its kind; and for Broadbent's statement about the argument in the 60's about medical insurance. (I saw both these things in English sources which I may find again.) And for Broadbent having been most warmly applauded and the other two booed. (I think I saw that too in English.) --Coppertwig (talk) 15:45, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
