– These islands are not in, but near to the larger islands. Per WP:COMMADIS (and WP:UKPLACE) we only use a comma if the topic is in/on and not merely near the place used for disambiguation, see my comments at Talk:Carbost, Portree. The one near Yell can go at Linga, Bluemull Sound since it is in that[1] and the one near Samphrey can go to Linga, Yell Sound[2]. The rest should have "near" added to the disambiguation to show that their not in the other islands. Little Holm, Scatness is in Cat Firth[3]. Linga, Muckle Roe should go to Linga, Busta Voe because Busta Voe is the name of the water body it's in, as far as I can tell.
Linga, Hildasay should go to Linga, Scalloway Islands because that's what it's part of.
Linga, Vaila should go to Linga, Vaila Sound because that's the water body it's in.
Little Holm, Scatness should go to Little Holm, Dunrossness because it's not in a particular water body that I can see, and Dunrossness is the parish it's in. Cat Firth is in the middle of the island, Little Holm is off the southern tip.
Uyea should be left, it's only separated from the Northmavine penninsula at higher tides.

@StraussInTheHouse: Not sure about Linga, Busta Voe per [4] (since it specifies its at the mouths of 3 (Olna Firth, Gon Firth and Busta Voe)) and [5] but might be OK. Linga, Scalloway Islands makes sense (especially since using a smaller archipelago when the larger one isn't available makes sense) [6] as does Linga, Vaila Sound [7] Vision of Britain doesn't show that Litle Holm is actually in the parish (though it might be and they've just missed some islands). I don't think its common to disambiguate by parish but it seems like Dunrossness is a general geographical area[8] to so Little Holm, Dunrossness might work.
