1255 10:58, 21 May 2006 (UTC)Perhaps we should have a sub category for famous Montrealers such as:
Untitled
[edit]- Actor/Actresses
- Artists/Poets
- Athletes
- Authors/novelistsnew
- Business People
- Lawyers
- Philosophers
- Polititians
- Scentists
and anything else anybody can think of. this would be similar to the webpage for the city of Calgary and Edmonton.
What does everybody think?
- A subcategory, or a separate article? --Kmsiever 03:00, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
Clean up.
[edit]I started a bit of a clean up of the red links but now I realize a number of those actually deserve articles. Since I'm not sure if it's appropriate to remove those altogether, I won't continue this clean up for now but please, if you want to add names to the list, make sure there's an article for each new person added.--Boffob 19:29, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
Merger templates
[edit]Please note that it's not standard practice on Wikipedia to spin out separate lists for individual occupations within a city's "List of people from..." list; a city gets one list, not a master list and a separate sublist for actors and another separate sublist for athletes and another separate sublist for businesspeople and on and so forth. - I would support a renaming to Music of Montreal. There is a redirect in place already. An article is needed for the Category:Music of Montreal. Would a renaming be an OK start for an article?

Should Some1 include That Vegan Teacher on that list?
[edit]The reason I’m putting this idea up is bc she’s been getting crazy attention for the past year, she’s had feuds w/ SSSniperWolf, Gordon Ramsay, kallmekris, amongst other microcelebrities. Just a suggestion Tengoritmo (talk) 13:55, 14 October 2021 (UTC)
