Other Adaptations[edit]

Wasn't there a TV movie/episode in the 70's about a man who encounters a genie/magician and gets three wishes. The first wish was that the man was a comedian - but no one laughed at his jokes. The second was that everybody would laugh at him - but people laughed at every single thing he said, even in normal conversation. The third was that nobody would laugh at him anymore. The man then walks out in the street and is promptly hit by a car. Anyone know the name of this? Delmlsfan (talk) 01:15, 18 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Those of you who enjoy comic books need to start following the story arc in DC's Green Lantern, Volume 5. Issue #2 makes reference to this theme and it will be intriguing to see how it develops. Genehisthome (talk) 21:53, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There's an episode of The Alfred Hitchcock Hour called "The Monkey's Paw - A Retelling" from 1965. dragonlord (talk) 03:58, 28 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Rick and Morty S1E9[edit]

In “Something Ricked This Way Comes”, The Devil uses a monkey paw. This should be included in this article. 2600:8803:C7DC:500:51A9:275F:9EF:80B2 (talk) 22:35, 22 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
