I've removed a couple of dozen species that were listed here but not actually found in Indonesia. I based this both on the Wikipedia articles and on the IUCN site. In each case, the animal existed in PNG but not in Indonesia, so I suspect that this information has been compiled in a way that includes all of PNG's animals.
I've only done these checks for monotremes and marsupials: have not checked eutheria. Ordinary Person (talk) 08:55, 7 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
