Somebody pls change the following[edit]

In the first summary table, please change the column heading from "Fit under Section 12 (B)?" to a more self-descriptive "Eligible for UGV grant (Sec-12B)?" or "UGV grant eligibility (Sec-12B)?" or even "UGV grant (Sec-12B)?". I had to scroll up and spend time figuring out what sec-12 means. Avoid such jargon and use encylopedic self-descriptive language. Take your pick. Thanks. 202.156.182.84 (talk) 18:13, 15 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The description of the table sits right above it. It says In the list below, the term "Section 12 (B)?" refers to being "declared fit to receive Central/UGC assistance under Section 12 (B) of the UGC Act–1956". Is this not clear enough? Can you suggest a clearer description? --Muhandes (talk) 18:31, 15 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, No, not clear enough. Or else this discussion will not be needed. Column heading itself should be self-descriptive without fiddling around, here and there. Current convoluted way is not encylopedic enough. Besides too much jargon in the 2nd para of lead about "section this and that" should be simplified and moved to the notes. We must use get-to-the-point-direct encylopedic language without jargon. Go from A to B, without jumping from A to D, to Y, to B. 202.156.182.84 (talk) 18:53, 15 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I don't object. What did you mean by UGV? Will "UGC grant eligibility (Sec-12B)?" do it? --Muhandes (talk) 07:08, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
By the way, 202.156.182.84, you are quite active, maybe you would consider creating an account? I can't ping you when you are anonymous. --Muhandes (talk) 07:11, 16 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
