Is it possible that Maba Man was a Denisovan? 173.88.246.138 (talk) 04:27, 27 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

That is what I was wondering, too! Maybe Maba Man is a Denisovan since they say he is similar to a Neanderthal which Denisovans are most closely related to? I looked up Denisovan related articles on Wikipedia and I found this one of Homo longi. It says that the fossil of Homo longi is from 146,000 ago, which is about the time there were Denisovans there in Asia: "from Harbin on the Northeast China Plain, dating to at minimum 146,000 years ago during the Middle Pleistocene." --Happy1892 June 6th 2023

Dating[edit]

Basic information to add to this article: the approximate date of this skull. 173.88.246.138 (talk) 03:49, 11 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I have a link that may have the date for the cranium, but I don't know how to put it in.
