False information[edit]

This article says,

He graduated from Phyllis Wheatley High School, an African American segregated school.

This is obviously false information, since Brown v. Board of Education explicitly outlawed racial segregation of public education facilities in 1954 ... or did he graduate from high school when he was 5 years old?

Such blatant falsehoods call the entire article into question, since none of the assertions of Notability have Reliable Sources ... it needs a lot of work to satisfy Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons. —72.75.126.37 (talk · contribs) 21:02, 17 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Just because Brown vs Board was passed in 1954 did not mean segregation ended in 1954. Any student of history knows that segregation continued until 1970 in some areas and required future court orders. Phillis Wheatley High School was segregated from its inception in 1934 until 1970 when the San Antonio School District had to comply with federal efforts to end segregation. So this criticism is false and the writer needs to study history a little deeper. This is not a false statement the school was segregated well into the 1960s. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.10.131.116 (talk) 02:24, 11 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Race-baiting bullshit artist[edit]

He fabricated a claim that Santa Ana had an all-black regiment fighting on his side, apparently in an attempt to improve the image of this notorious dictator.
