Name of bridge[edit]

The name of this bridge is "McClugage Bridge," not "Ironworkers Memorial Bridge." There was an effort to change the name of the bridge, but it failed, and a memorial was erected near the bridge instead. I made changes to reflect the correct name. Source was Peoria Journal Star. 216.166.251.82 21:57, 2 August 2007 (UTC)C. J. Summers[reply]

I have submitted a move request to move this article to McClugage Bridge. VerruckteDan 15:24, 4 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Future section needed[edit]

The eastbound span is about to be replaced with a more modren struture. I don't know the design. But the Peoria Journal Star should have information in their archives from the past year or two. I just don't know howw to really write the change or search for the required reference. Will (Talk - contribs) 19:55, 18 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
