Merger or Keep?

The page is a small stub, and I'm not sure that it can be substantially increased in coverage. I still think that merging is appropriate, though perhaps the combined page would be better under this title than as Mitro Bahini Order of Battle December 1971, especially since November marks the start of the collaboration.
