Untitled[edit]

Hi, I was wondering if anybody would be interested in adding some photos to this section i don't know how, otherwise I would. Thanks. Bobsmith319 14:35, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

Do you have particular pictures in mind that you're looking to upload? I can possibly help with that if you want to e-mail them over. Just say the word. Tim 13:28, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

Hi, I will look for some photos and e-mail them to you. Thanks for your help, bobsmith319

Sure thing - just add @mac.com to my handle (tdowling). Tim 13:30, 22 September 2006 (UTC)

Hello there, I don't know who did this, but somebody changed the village's per capita income. Please let me know of the source, so I can check this. Thanks, bobsmith319.

Looks like it's been at 26,464 since the beginning. Unless I'm missing something, it doesn't appear that anyone's changed it... --Tim D 20:36, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

I had checked earlier Tim, and the page said something around 27,000. bobsmith319.

How does a median family income of $82k classify the town as "upper middle class"? That's lower than the family incomes of surrounding communities, who don't describe themselves as upper middle class or affluent. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.167.50.6 (talk) 23:58, 19 May 2010 (UTC)

Extensive additions[edit]

This afternoon I reverted a rather large addition by MPHistorical. There is likely some good stuff that can be integrated, but the changes were so extensive and casual-sounding that I felt like I had to pull it back. I think that some was also copied-and-pasted from mtphistory.org, which isn't usually allowed. I can help in putting things back, as long as they can be cited properly. -- Tim D 22:16, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Can't Upload pictures: I took a very nice picture of down town Mount Prospect today, but I can't upload it with out an account, and the system is giving me a hard time about creating an account. So screw you all. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.63.58.162 (talk) 02:48, August 26, 2007 (UTC)

I could be intesting to quote Mount Prospect's French sister city: Sevres (near Paris). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.51.2.195 (talk) 12:52, 7 November 2008 (UTC)

What gives?[edit]

I came here looking the list of famous people born here (I distinctly remember it being here not too long ago) so I could easily find the name of the person I was looking for as well as a few other people, but the article has been absolutely neutered? Who thought removing legitimate content was a good idea? 24.13.47.211 (talk) 02:22, 12 March 2010 (UTC)

I don't know of that many Notable Residents from Mount Prospect. If you know of any, you can add them (as long as you have some kind of proof that the person is notable and born/lived in Mt. Prospect.) --Briguy9876 (talk) 00:18, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
The problem is that I have forgotten them, which is why I came here to look them up in the first place lol. 24.13.47.211 (talk) 05:05, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
