The Wild Bunch[edit]

Can somebody confirm or correct the description of the Wild Bunch and if Beauregard is the one who said it, i.e. "a hundred and fifty sons on horseback"? It's been a while since I last saw the film. Clarityfiend 19:19, 13 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The claim that the "slapping and drawing" scene currently used in a Sprint commercial is from this film is also made on the page for the film, "Trinity is STILL My Name", also starring Terrence Hill. Author should verify which film it's actually from and correct the page that's wrong.

There is definitely a scene like this in My Name Is Nobody, however it sounds like the sort of party trick that an actor like Terence Hill might well duplicate in film after film. Thermaland 20:30, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Just watched the slap and draw scene in My Name is Nobody, and while it was similar, I don't believe this version was used for the Sprint commercial, but rather the one from Trinity is still my name. ~ (The Rebel At) ~ 20:57, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Terence Hill's comedy talents[edit]

"They decided that if anyone was going to make the ultimate "joke" Spaghetti Western it should be them, and they specifically hired Terence Hill because he'd been in so many of the overdone, similarly-named productions and was a kind of icon of the genre but had never been given the chance to show off his comedy talents.'" This seems to be written by someone who have never heard or seen the 5-6 movies Terence Hill made right before MNIN. What about the two Trinity movies, or "A man from the east"? All western comedies made before this one! Did Terence Hill not show off any comedy talents in them? --Towpilot 08:51, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Moreover the statement is laden with judgements of the genre and its creators. And I think it would be hard to argue that MNIN is the ultimate joke Spaghetti. Cinematographer[edit]
