The reference list is in need of repair; I can't figure out what the orig author intended to do with some of these links. --RichardMills65 (talk) 03:34, 5 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've fixed it and pruned it. It was quite a mess with several broken links (one is still broken). I also removed the link to Amazon.com selling the book and replaced it with a proper book citation. Another editor has (quite rightly) removed the "upcoming performances" which are inappropriate for an encyclopedia article, WP is not the subject's web site.
