QUESTIONS: When was this temple built? The temple in the photo doesn't appear to be very old. Any temple mentioned in ancient texts would have to be very old indeed. A bit more information and more photos would be valuable.LFlagg (talk) 02:18, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

8th Jyotirling[edit]

There is mention of two locations for 8th Jyotirlinga. Aundha Nagnath Temple in Maharashtra and Nageshwar at Dwarka Gujarat. Which one is correct? 2405:201:2010:E079:FC9F:2A89:A23D:5B5 (talk) 05:48, 14 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Verification Needed[edit]

Hi @Buddingboffin,

I saw that you made significant edits in a subsection of this article which still lacks sufficient verification. Could you please provide verification for the information you have written? Thanks. RealPharmer3 (talk) 16:25, 11 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @RealPharmer3,
The section has been rewritten for better understanding and flow. But yes, I will look for reliable sources and add to the article. I am working on copyediting the article, so as of now I would like to finish copyediting, and then I can start looking for references. Buddingboffin (talk) 13:04, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @Buddingboffin,
If you find any good sources as you are reading, could you please share them here as well? Would be super helpful - thanks! RealPharmer3 (talk) 02:18, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi@RealPharmer3
Sure, I will try to look for the sources and attach the file here. Please correct me if I am doing anything wrong. Buddingboffin (talk) 16:33, 24 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @Buddingboffin,
Just the titles and authors are enough information for anything you come across and think is helpful. Thanks! RealPharmer3 (talk) 23:31, 24 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Jyotirling Location[edit]

Remove the statement from the legend section that states the following: "The current name of this city is Aundha and earlier its name was Darukavan. The place is located in Aundha taluka of Hingoli district in Maharashtra."

As there are two places that claim to be Nageshwar Jyotirlingam, any information about the location of Jyotirlingam should be part of the location controversy rather than making a direct claim that Aundha Nagnath Temple is the actual location.

Nageshvara Jyotirlinga and Aundha Nagnath Temple[edit]

Nageshvara Jyotirlinga and Aundha Nagnath Temple both have a article for being Jyotirlinga. Now someone just copy pasted the whole information from Aundha Nagnath Temple to this page to say its the real Jyotirlinga. And the old information which this page carried about temple in Dwarka was removed a year ago. Now we have two pages for the common temple at the same location. So please i request administrator to look into this. Curious man123 (talk) 09:04, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
