Does anyone have any additional details on the relationship with the Montreal Ogilvy's? Was there any family relationship between Charles Ogilvy in Ottawa and James Ogilvy in Montreal? Further, does anyone know where Charles Ogilvy operated his store before moving to the Rideau Street location? Skeezix1000 20:50, 11 October 2005 (UTC)skeezix1000[reply]

Further research indicates that: (a) there does not appear to have been any connection between the Ottawa Ogilvy's and the Montreal Ogilvy's, although both were known for their tartan boxes, and (b) Charles Ogilvy opened his store further up on Rideau. Demolished?[edit]

Based on the geocoordinates in the article and a current satellite view of that location, it appears that this building has been demolished. Can somebody please confirm? It's mentioned in List of buildings in Ottawa and should be moved if it has been demolished. Thanx! PK T(alk) 01:01, 18 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
