Berstad was not Norway's OSCE envoy to visit Azerbaijan[edit]
The ref to the visit of Norway's OSCE envoy to Azerbaijan is a bit disingenuous. The envoy was the Norwegian Foreign Minister not Berstad. --Kleinzach 12:56, 16 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
