The result of the proposal was no consensus to move this page, per the discussion below. Dekimasuよ! 10:54, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orang (North Korea)Orang — Move was contested on the grounds that the dab page has 8 entries, and that Orang is used to refer to Orangutan. However, as I pointed out previously, this is the only subject that is actually called "Orang" (as opposed to "Orang somethingelse"), and I've never in my life heard an Orangutan refered to as an Orang. Request also that the dab page be moved to Orang (disambiguation). —PC78 15:41, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose The term "Orang" is used to refer to orangutans. That is the only meaning listed at MW.com [1] and the Free Dictionary [2]. The other forms (such as orang asli and orang pendak are also easily confused. olderwiser 10:29, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. If this county were bigger or better known, you might have a point, but as it is, it's just one of several similarly named items. Systemic bias aside, it's barely foundable in Google search; I assume "orang korea" means "koreans" in Indonesian and Malay? Duja 15:31, 7 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
