Despite what is written here, poligeenan and carrageenan are NOT completely different.[edit]

The egregiously false claim that carrageenan, which contains about 8% of fragments below 50k da, and which "should" contain less than 5% according to an EU group, should be removed. Obviously, since carrageenan contains it, and since it is chemically composed of the SAME monomeric units, they are actually quite similar from a chemical perspective.
