Ethnic makeup

After unsuccessfully searching for referencing for the ethnic makeup of the district I've removed the information as it has been tagged for a reference for more then two years. If anyone finds reliable sources for the ethnic makeup of the district it would be great if the correct information could be added to the article. Kaly99 (talk) 14:22, 23 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
