"Pula, a vulgar Romanian word for penis (see Romanian profanity)"

I suggest deleting the "vulgar" attribute, this is the Romanian word for that body part. There is no other word in Romanian for it. Penis is a later addition from Latin but it is not the Romanian word. Penis is rather a medical term. There is no vulgarity in Pula other than the one coming from our pudic attitude in regards to sexual organs.
