Opposed to Merging with the Searvi page...[edit]

The Sami Siida of North America page (hereby known as the "Siida"), and the North American Sami Searvi page (hereby known as the "searvi") should not be merged for the follwing reasons:

The organization, known as the "searvi" is not an offshoot of the Sami Siida of North America, but is a separate organization, has claimed a false connections with the Siida's successful past, and under false pretenses. The "searvi" was "founded" in 2015 as a separate organization, and under false pretense by eliminating dissent and dialog withing their group, and has tried to falsely connect itself with the Siida, which was founded in 1995 and has a long track record of cultural significance within North America, and is recognized by other Scandinavian organizations.

The Sami Siida of North America is also a US Federally recognized trademarked organization as described here:

The Siida has done dozens of events and sponsorship's since 1995, while the "searvi" has not done any events since it's founding. This "searvi" has tried to connect a lineage with the successes of the Siida off Wikipedia, which is not warranted and blatantly false.

This page should be deleted for the following reasons:

  1. There are no sources that state there is a direct connection or linkage between the Siida or this searvi;
  2. There are no sources that the searvi has done any events, represents anyone, or has done anything notable;
  3. It also is a word-for-word copy of the Sami Siida of North America wiki page;
  4. It is an un-notable club.

I propose that this page be subject to speedy deletion as per WP:A7, WP:A10, WP:A11, and under WP:G10 and WP:G12
