Assessment Report[edit]

  1. Some serious copyediting is needed. Some sections (particularly the "International Links" section are ambiguous in places about whether a school band is meant, or where the whole school, or a football or other sports team.
  2. References and Citations are crucial for wikipedia, and so these must be added both to the article as it is now, and if/when the article is expanded. (See WP:References, WP:V, and WP:CITE for guidance.)
  3. Article needs to be expanded.
  4. Photos need to be added.
  5. I've given it a "mid priority" rating as the deficiencies in the quality of writing need sorting out quickly.

Untitled[edit]

Alex Whelan material under 'international links' ... is it vanity material that should be deleted? Just now that paragraph had little capitalization. And 'he turned heads'??? Sounds like it should be taken out. Melanchthon 01:34, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Headmaster[edit]

Is it possible to clear up once and for all just who is the headmaster of this school, using verification by citing a suitable reliable source: the article is facing an almost continuous low-level editing from probably one anonymous editor posting from a number of different IP addresses, who is changing the name of the headmaster in the infobox.  DDStretch  (talk) 10:45, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ok. After another incident of the name of the headmaster being changed (funny how it gets changed to different names), I've semi-protected the article. That means no anonymous editor and no newly-registered editor will now be able to edit the article. Once the correct name can be verified and a citation provided, it can be edited, and the protection can be removed.  DDStretch  (talk) 16:59, 21 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

At present in Category:Listed buildings in Cheshire but should be moved to appropriate subcategory of Grade II, Grade II* or whatever when known Hugo999 (talk) 01:51, 3 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
