Image:OurCabañaLogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. WFIS Mexico emblem[edit]

This is the most distinct of multiple local emblems for WFIS Mexico, and appears on the 2011 Jamboree badge. Wouldn't it have been more WP:CIVIL just to take it to the talkpage here instead of edit-warring? An edit war between two members of the same project is an embarassment to all of us. Do you have any sources for your claims? I'd like to see any official website or reglementation with a picture of exactly this emblem. The Website of the "3rd WFIS World Jamboree" features a different fleur de lis [1]. Where does this ugly low-quality image come from? It is neither shown on the website of the AGSMEX nor on the one of the Federación Mexicana de Scouts Independientes nor on the one of the 3rd WFIS World Jamboree.

As to the emblem itself, it seems to have been changed since June 2008. The Jamboree website shows a different logo than the one we have on Wikipedia. See File:World Federation of Independent Scouts World Jamboree 2011.png Chris (クリス • フィッチュ) (talk) 12:24, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I really can't see how you can source the emblem of a Scout organization from a jamboree badge. Try getting the BSA universal emblem from File:1993 National Scout Jamboree.png. I'm not saying a badge would not use the national emblem, jut that you can't use such a badge as a source for the emblem. ---— Gadget850 (Ed) ^talk 15:44, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There is seemingly a consensus that File:World Federation of Independent Scouts Mexico.png does not show the actual emblem of the AGSMEX. It is also unknown if this emblem was ever in official use.
