History issue[edit]

The article claims that Shanghai University was closed in 1927, but a contemporary newspaper reports on the appointment of Herman Liu as chairman in July 1928 and his subsequent murder in 1938 when he was still chairman. So did it close? The reference is unfortunately behind a paywall but it's here. Philg88 ^♦talk 14:56, 20 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
