I have tried to remove some of the more obvious sections with unencyclopedic, non-neutral tone. Still the article needs more work to present its facts in a neutral, uninvolved 3-person view. Currently it spends too much text to present the topic's visions and good work. Those accomplishments should be described as neutral facts (without subjective judgement), and sourced by uninvolved, reliable sources. Speaking of sources: the article only has 1 source, which is not nearly enough to source the amount of included detail information.
