In the United Kingdom, and other contemporary signatories to the Berne Convention, a copyright notice was never required to establish copyright.
In the United States copyright has been re-established by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (URAA) of 1994. -- Jheald (talk) 10:46, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
