Why isn't Easter's included

[edit]

Easter's was one of SuperValu's chains. [The store in Mason City started as a SuperValu, then County Market, then Easter's. Then it was abandoned until Family Video and other businesses moved in. Now that is closed too.]

Deleted Section - Market Share

[edit]

Deleted for the following reasons:

  1. No Source
  2. Outdated Information: Relied on 15 year old data if accurate (see #1) and may no longer be representative of market share today, as the sentence, "As of 2006[...]" would seem to imply.
  3. Misleading information: List contained companies no longer owned, operated, or affiliated with Supervalu. While these entries were marked, it was not obvious without deliberate probing.
