The article is about is about a real ongoing event.

An American Muslim, by the name Fahad Hashmi, has been detained for the last two years awaiting trial for terrorism charges.

The article needs cleaning.

I agree this probably shouldn't be speedied: it makes claim to notability as a terror suspect. The article isn't in the best of shape, but there certainly seem to be sources to base an article off of: [1]. Maybe just enough to survive an AfD. But yes, definitely needs a rewrite. I saw this guy mentioned on another website and had to Wikipedia him to see if it were true about being jailed for supplying socks and a raincoat. Is this article real? Did America jail some one in ADX (the worst prison in the world) for 15 years for this offense? If true then the article needs to explain more about this plea bargain thing which is generally an American concept and completely unheard of in most countries.
