Umm what was this horrible picture so I can be the on the lookout in case it comes back under a diffrent innocous name. --Saint-Paddy 13:58, 26 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

well, it was called cute_kittens.jpg, but that has nothing to do with what was in the picture (rear view of a naked male...) Mamawrites 04:36, 27 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The article changes tense halfway through... needs to be updated. Bibble 03:58, 28 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Accurate count?

[edit]

Is there an accurate count of the number of people on board rather than an approximate number? --ukexpat 17:51, 23 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Grammar

[edit]

I believe this edit improves the tone and grammar of the article by taking relevant material out of parentheses and placing it in context with other material. DrKiernan (talk) 14:53, 27 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah definitely! Having things in parentheses should be avoided. —Compdude123 20:55, 27 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The issue here is the use of {{age in years and days textual version}}, not the use of parenthesis, as it may seem. I will implement the suggestion of getting rid of the parenthesis, though.--Jetstreamer Talk 21:04, 27 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Unsourced addition

[edit]

I have reverted the introduction of an unsourced sentence twice ([1], [2]). To both editors engaged in reverting my deletion, see WP:VERIFY.--Jetstreamer Talk 10:22, 8 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

WHEN IS THE MAYDAY SENTENCE GOING TO BE SOURCED THEN?! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.105.73.58 (talk) 21:51, 18 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

When someone takes the time to find a proper source.--Jetstreamer Talk 21:58, 18 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Article is innacurate. Cvr was retreived but fdr was looted. When returned for reward it was found to have been tampered with and no data could be extracted. There was 3 flight crew with pilot, copilot and trainee. Trainee was in copilots seat while copilot was in cabin due to broken seat belt in deadhead seat. Pilot decided to fly through storm got hit with hail which resulted in a smashed windshield and the plane got him by a down draft and at 500ft ground detection trigerred and the Pilot tried to climb but never increased power. This info was all featured on Mayday referenced at the bottom of the article...— Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.95.214.7 (talkcontribs)
