License[edit]

Law says that in Italy the TV license payment is required if you possess any equipment which is able to recieve radio and/or television signals. If you have no TV and a car stereo... well, you have to pay. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.249.35.21 (talk) 14:59, 20 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Black and White[edit]

Did B&W set owners after 1990 have to pay the colour rate or were they exempt from having a licence at all ?
