A theatre group (...) adapted the movie in to a play called "An Idiot for Dinner".[edit]

considering that the movie is an adaptation of a play, I don't think a play is worth mentioning as it must have been played in several theaters across the world by various companies. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.232.17.253 (talk) 14:41, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

stop, thief![edit]

all these things supposedly adapted from this french play, but what about the fact that the whole party idea was taken verbatim from a 1979 episode of Citizen Smith (s03e06, "The Party's Over"; youtubable)?! did the french "writer" give proper credit to this earlier source? 209.172.23.64 (talk) 04:28, 12 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Title: Le Dîner de Cons[edit]

I'm in an English-speaking country, and I've only ever seen this film available under its French name, Le Dîner de Cons. Indeed, that's what the title of this article was until very recently. Where's the evidence that this is not the most common name for the film in English-speaking countries? 89.101.101.75 (talk) 19:15, 5 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
