I dont mind the breaking the original article up, but the character section editing... what looks like a reversion to about 3 months ago seems arbitrary ... --Kvuo 00:59, 7 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

in fact, it looks completely arbitrary. I RV to where they're all back. Of course the individual character entries can be cleaned up, but these characters ARE the phil hendrie show. --Kvuo 01:06, 7 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I take plastic's advice, and cleaned up the character section.. I think, he has a point, every frigging thing that's ever been done with a character does not need to be mentioned.. just a brief description... one-time characters I think, are unnecessary as well... --Kvuo 01:45, 7 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I've only been listening to Phil for the last six or seven months, so I edited it down to the characters that actually seemed to appear regularly. However, he's been doing the show for a long time, so I'm sure I nixed some once-popular characters that are just on the back-shelf these days. Oh well, the character descriptions are hilarious and since this is an article about the show exclusively now, seems okay to have the extended list here. --relaxathon 02:05, 7 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
However, you appear to have reverted the entire thing, including many welcome edits that have been made outside the character list since it was edited down. I'm going to fix that. Also, Bud is covered in the show format section, more appropriate as he's never one of the show's "guests" in that sense that the others are.
yeah. sorry.. either I got lazy, or I couldn't find a way to rv just half of the article properly...anyhow, you got it fixed. it looks good now. --Kvuo 14:54, 7 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I changed the Bobbie Dooley section slightly, trying to fix the grammar. However, wouldn't it be better to either name the 'former colleague' of Hendrie, or, if no one knows who the former colleague was, simply delete that clause?

Final Show[edit]

Any one want to help me write something about the final show? user:Zerath13

Are: none. Article of this length needs: a lot. Alvis 04:48, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The old show format is back[edit]

As mentioned in the text, and in light of the events of the past week, I think the last update (changing the show is syndicated by TRN to the show WAS syndicated by PRN) was inappropriate. Phil Hendrie is back to using his orignal format with his cadre of guests, trying to lure unsuspecting callers to call in to talk with or about the guests. In light of this development, the references to final shows and speaking of the show in the past tense is becoming inappropriate.StreamingRadioGuide 07:16, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Um, no he's not. Speaking of which, when will this article be updated in accordance to the change in the show's format?--Herb-Sewell 17:08, 9 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

List of Character page deletion[edit]

this is a terrible deletion. that page was a great resource of notable characters from an extremely popular radio show. it should be brought back. Bpayne4001 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bpayne4001 (talkcontribs) 00:50, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. And if a person is going to make such a large change he/she should at least describe it on the talk page! Freeth (talk) 01:38, 22 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Show format section: References and Neutrality[edit]

There's some extraordinary claims and unreferenced 'everyone knows' sort of claims in this section. Discuss. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.181.134.111 (talk) 19:24, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
