Discussion[edit]

Sorry, first article. Do I have to post here before it appears on the website?

Should mention that original album sleeve was reversable and showed his ass in the window instead of his face. If I Remember correctly, on the vinyl album, in between the lead-out grooves, is carved "grown men did this". Presumably a joke about the album.

"Moon was not dissuaded by the reviews even after being described as "The most expensive karaoke album in history," -- makes no sense: Moon died in 1978 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.131.105.72 (talk) 23:57, 10 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed: I've removed the anachronistic reference to a review obviously written long after Moon's death. He would never have seen it, let alone been "dissuaded" by it. Muzilon (talk) 12:46, 1 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

PERSONEL[edit]

DID KEITH SING ON ALL OF THE SONGS? AND DID HE PLAY PERCUSSION? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.21.61.25 (talk) 21:22, 7 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"All songs written by Keith Moon unless otherwise stated"[edit]

Is this from the actual album credits? Just wondering, as Moon only co-wrote one song from the original LP. I have no idea if this was his joke or some oddball credit note from a Wikipedian. Obviously my point is that "all songs written by ... unless otherwise stated" is usually only used when someone writes most of the material save for a few tracks. Otherwise it should be removed. Back cover[edit]

I haven't seen a copy of the LP since cutouts of it were fairly common 30 years ago. But the title of the album, as I recall, refers to the front and back photos. On the back, someone is hanging a moon out of the window of the car.
Another person up above has said the same thing.
Since I haven't laid eyes on a copy in so long, I don't want to be the person to write this up. But it should be mentioned.
