"Unwritten" is not a US Pop #1 hit. The "Pop 100" is not the US's main "pop chart", despite the name. That chart is the Hot 100, whose current number-one is Temperature by Sean Paul. --FuriousFreddy 02:22, 30 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wording change for North American and Spanish version video description[edit]

In the North American and Spanish version description for the video, the word "lift" is used, which I accurately changed to "elevator" since it's the name for that particular machine in North American English ("lift" being BRITISH English)--Marceki111 (talk) 13:07, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wet warbly sound?[edit]

No, it has been noted that this is the only song where she allows saliva to collect in her mouth throughout the song (probably due to there not being enough time to swallow saliva during "breathing" parts), this is probably the case since there is a wet, slightly warbly sound in parts at the end. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 72.72.202.222 (talk) 20:01, 20 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Thanks for replying, but I'd still want to see a citation on this. To me it doesn't make any sense since the vocals are multi-tracked and likely made in several takes. The transition from the gospelly bit near the end demonstrates some sort of switch. Coop 14:33, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Song written by whom?[edit]

Under song history, the song's author is accurately identified as former child star Danielle Brisebois.

However, further down in the text it states that Bedingfield wrote the song (for her youngest brother, Joshua).

Who wrote the song? It is a fact that Brisebois, herself a songwriter and producer, wrote the song Unwritten. She also co-write another Bedingfield hit, Pocketful Of Sunshine. All of this can be verified from Brisebois's website.

So, where did the claim that Bedingfield wrote Unwritten come from?

"Kiss Them For Me" sound-a-like?[edit]

This song's instrumentation is very reminiscent of "Kiss Them For Me" by Siouxsie and the Banshees. The similarity is almost too close. Is there any documentation of this that can be added to the article? --98.70.128.248 (talk) 00:14, 9 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I can't help but notice that this article contains next to no information about the song itself. Its chart performance, the writing process, its music videos... but not so much as even a description of, e.g., the music or lyrics of the song that the article is ostensibly about.
