There should be more details about the song itself. -Rkm3612 11:43, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dewey grew up in Omaha?[edit]

From what I've read so far about Dewey is that he was born and raised primarily in the U.K. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.177.237.174 (talk) 00:09, 7 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

He lived in several cities as a child, probably due to the fact that his father was in the Air Force. Here's one corroborating source listing Omaha as a city in which he lived. I am concerned about the Omaha quote listed in this article, however. It does not appear in the article cited, and if I search on that phrase, the only hits I get are those quoting this Wikipedia entry. Ninja housewife (talk) 03:46, 30 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

AF NOW[edit]

As I recall "Ventura Highway" was the background song on an Air Force Now video about the release of US POW's from No. Vietnam in early 70's. Very moving...unable to find anywhere on the web. 71.90.91.163 (talk) 14:08, 2 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
