notability[edit]

This article had a proposed deletion, but I think it's notable. It's a decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and it has some historical & legal significance for its role as precedent. Its age will mean it will be tricky to get decent sources, but not impossible, and [Google Scholar] shows 54 cases online that cite it. Tikwriter (talk) 19:30, 25 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
