two wood creeks?[edit]

It sounds as though this is a different stream from Wood Creek (Mohawk River), since this stream flows into Oneida Lake and the latter flows into the Mohawk. If so, perhaps they should be distinguished via hatnotes. Peter Flass (talk) 03:03, 20 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for pointing out the new article. I'm sure there are many Wood Creeks. It isn't clear to me that the one near Utica is notable enough for an article, so I'd argue that a hatnote is not desirable. I think we can leave things alone for the time being.
