Bad changes from Oct 2017[edit]

I reverted changes made by 117.233.58.254 from Oct 23 because of bad information. If you look at the history, the user changed several of the 2015 numbers arbitrarily and also changed several of the flag codes from Chinese to Taiwan, even when it was patently false.

Unfortunately, this undid the changes made by Nandablr in cleaning up the table for sorting information... I'm not certain how to fix those!
