I've made a few minor fixes and copyedits and tweaked the hook but otherwise it is good. Sources are OK, length and date are fine, and the account is interesting. AGF on the offline sources, but no obvious signs of problems. One minor point to fix, though it's not disqualifying: please add location information for the books.
