The TRU WolfPack are the athletic teams that represent Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. They were formerly known as the UCC Sun Demons, prior to the creation of the university in 2005. With the change in name the basketball and volleyball teams made the move to the Canadian Interuniversity Sport.

Hockey

The hockey team plays in a 7 team league in the BCIHL. The team started in 2009 by a group called the Kamloops Collegiate Hockey Society. In the team's inaugural season it made it to the BCIHL Championship final losing 2-1. In the second season 2010/2011 the team captured the Regular Season Title only to lose in the finals. 2011/2012 the Wolfpack will be hosting the BCIHL Championship with hopes of winning their first.

Women's Soccer

A number of the TRU players also play in the summer with the Kamloops Heat of the Pacific Coast Soccer League.

Baseball

The baseball team plays in the Canadian College Baseball Conference.
