Ulsterbus Foyle is a brandname developed by Ulsterbus for its services in Derry, Northern Ireland.[1] The service was opened on 4 September 2006 following a review and expansion of the city's bus routes and replacement of many of the cities older buses.

The principles behind the route structure and timetables are similar to those of Metro that operates buses in Belfast. Prior to this Ulsterbus services within Derry were branded as Derry City services.

  • FY7- City Centre - Lone Moor
  • FY8- City Centre - Creggan
  • FY9- Creggan to City Centre
  • FY10- City Centre - Ballymagroarty

  • FY14- City Centre - Drumahoe
  • FY15- City Centre - Woodbrook (via Buncrana Road, formerly FY11A)
  • FY16- City Centre - Culmore Point

There are also sub-variants of these routes and cross-city buses which do not stop in the city centre. A free Rail Link bus connects Foyle Street Buscentre and Waterside Railway Station. All routes have a return journey, except FY8 which changes to FY9 for its return journey. Regional, cross border and national services depart from Foyle Street Bus Depot. Airport link services are operated by private company "Airporter", which offer links from its base in the Culmore Road to Belfast International Airport and George Best Belfast City Airport.

Ulsterbus also operates regional and express services from Derry. All drivers, buses and other staff based in Derry come under a District Manager.
