Cathee Smith (born 25 May 1986) is a Shift Supervisor for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, currently living in Fullerton, California.
Biography[edit]
Catharine Smith was born in Chico, California, the daughter of Bill Smith and Kimberly Lawrence. She spent most of her childhood in Chico until her parents decided to move to Southern California. She has moved numerous times since then, and has attended almost thirteen different schools throughout her lifetime. Cathee attended Esperanza High School in Anaheim and graduated class of 2004.
Catharine has been a vegetarian since May 2004, and since then has gone back and forth between vegetarianism and veganism.
After seeing her first episode of Pokémon Catharine's love for Japan and Anime began. During her sophomore year of high school Catharine took a high school introductory level Japanese class and continued on with her practices until her second semester in college. She tries her best to attend Anime Expo every year.
After a number of hit and misses, Catharine finally re-met and began dating her former friend from high school and now current boyfriend Michael Singletary on 05 January 2005. They moved into an apartment in Fullerton together in the summer of 2006 and are currently living a happy life together with plans to marry in the future.
After graduating high school, Catharine attended Fullerton College for three semesters. During her second semester her boyfriend Michael suggested that she apply at Disneyland and join the crew at the "Happiest Place on Earth." She worked there for almost a year before she came to the decision it was time to sever her ties and move on.
Catharine still has not returned to school, however she has plans of attending spring semester of 2007.
As of now Catharine spends most of her days working at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf as a Shift Supervisor. What free time she has left she spends with her boyfriend Michael or playing World of Warcraft. She does also admit to having a slight addiction to the popular TV show Xena: Warrior Princess.
