General Info ॐ
I'm not as new to Wikipedia as my userpage's original date might suggest. My previous account (NatureBoy) had no email attached to it and I lost/forgot my password so I started over again - alas. Also I had done a few edits before that but they are now lost in IP-Land.
For money, and to keep myself intellectually challenged, I am an Oracle database consultant working in downtown Manhattan. Otherwise I live on my small farm in downstate New York keeping a few goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, bees, and of course cats and a dog.
When I get bored at work, I hunt around Wikipedia looking for missing info that I can contribute and any needed edits, as well as repairing vandalism. Also I work on the WikiProject_U.S._Roads specifically the subproject: Wikipedia:WikiProject New York State routes.
I also have an amateur radio license for a more technical hobby.
You might notice that I have removed my userboxes based on this message from Jimbo:
"I wonder if you might consider simply removing your political/religious/etc. userboxes and asking others to do the same. This seems to me to be the best way to quickly and easily end the userbox wars. Userboxes of a political or, more broadly, polemical, nature are bad for the project. They are attractive to the wrong kinds of people, and they give visitors the wrong idea of what it means to be a Wikipedian. I think rather than us having to go through a mass deletion (which is what is likely to happen if the userbox fad doesn't go away), it will be better to simply change the culture, one person at a time. Will you help me?" --Jimbo Wales 10:53, 21 January 2006 (UTC)

I agree to multi-license all my contributions, with the exception of my user pages, as described below:
I'll admit that I am spending far too much time on wikipedia.
I had this odd idea for a community-edited website back in the late 90's but, just like my idea for milk-made-from-soy, I never followed thru with it.
