കായംകുളം വാൾ (meaning Kayamkulam sword) ഇന്ത്യയിലെ കായംകുളം നാട്ടുരാജ്യത്ത് നായർ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരുടെ (കൂടുതലും തിരുവിതാംകൂറിൽ) ഭരണാധികാരികളും പട്ടാളക്കാരും ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്ന ഇരട്ടത്തലയുള്ള വാളാണ് കായംകുളം വാൾ.[1]
പതിനെട്ടാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിൽ കായംകുളം രാജാക്കന്മാർ ഇത് ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്നതായി പറയപ്പെടുന്നു.[2] ചില നായർ കുടുംബങ്ങളായ വേലത്തന്തേതു വീട് (പല്ലാരിമംഗലം), പടനിലത്തു വീട് (ഓല കെട്ടിയമ്പലം), ഇടത്തിട്ട വീട് ചങ്ങൻകുളങ്ങര (ഇടത്തിട്ട വീട്ടിലെ വാൾ ഓച്ചിറ വലിയകുളങ്ങര ദേവി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന് സമർപ്പിച്ചു), തോട്ടത്തിൽ ഇല്ലം വലിയകുളങ്ങര, ഓച്ചിറ എന്നിവ കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ ചരിത്രപരമായ തെളിവായി കായംകുളം വാൾ സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.[3]
