I don't give a rat's behind if my page isn't as fancy as others. I could care less, to be perfectly honest. I just use this page to collect my thoughts and whatnot.

I am on Facebook and MySpace, and run a tumblr as well as an older Blogger.

El Ten Eleven trivia

Dunn appeared as an "accomplice" on an episode of the Style Network's "How Do I Look?", helping with a makeover of band manager Phillip DeRobertis. Dunn's collection, which recommended a haircut modeled after Jeremy Piven and featured a belt buckle that doubled as a bottle opener, ultimately lost out to that of DeRobertis' wife. He, by the way, looked fabulous.

Tim and Kristian are also members of San Diego-based indie pop band the Soft Lightes, the first American band signed to Australian label Modular Records.

El Ten Eleven likely refers to the Lockheed L1011 tri-jet, even though it is a Boeing 727 pictured on the album cover.

Saxon Shore bio (in works)

Saxon Shore originally formed in 2001 as the project of guitarist Matt Doty and drummer Josh Tillman. The two wrote songs that, in time, were recorded for Be a Bright Blue, their debut album released on Doty's own Broken Factory imprint. The band found itself expanding when Josh's brother Zach Tillman took up bass guitar duties during the recording process, as well as when various musicians accompanied the following tours (which included three separate bassists).

After extensive touring throughout the states, Doty and Josh Tillman exchanged four-tracks for their next endeavour; and while in Atlanta studio time was reserved for the recording of the Four Months of Darkness EP. Doty recruited guitarist Philadelphia-based indie label Burnt Toast Vinyl signed them later that year, and Broken Factory ceased operations shortly thereafter.

Saxon Shore formed in 2001 as the joint project of guitarist Matthew Doty and drummer Josh Tillman. The two wrote several songs that, in time, were recorded for the duo's debut album Be a Bright Blue, released on Doty's very own imprint, Broken Factory Records. Tillman's brother Zach was recruited for bass duties during the studio process and found himself a full-fledged member.

After a host of tours across the United States (in which the band recruited three seperate bassists), Doty moved to Seattle and later exchanged four-tracks with Josh Tillman, who was living in upstate New York at the time. Studio time reserved in Atlanta eventually blossomed into their next effort, Four Months of Darkness. Traveling musician Matt Stone contributing on guitar and like Zach before him, joined, making the group a four-piece. The album marked a change in Saxon Shore's sound from the light indie pop of Be a Bright Blue to the more melodic Four Months.
