Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!

July 2008[edit]

I hope not to seem unfriendly or make you feel unwelcome, but I noticed your username, and I am concerned that it might not meet Wikipedia's username policy for the following reason: Your username may be confusing to some editors, as it is not exactly the order of the alphabet; you put an L in between W and X, and didn't put Z. After you look over that policy, could we discuss that concern here?

I'd appreciate learning your own views, for instance your reasons for wanting this particular name, and what alternative username you might accept that avoids raising this concern.

You have several options freely available to you:

Thank you. --§ Lights talk 17:52, 9 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

We would appreciate if you offered a response to the user name issue stated above. You have not answered the question and alleviated the concern that your user name may be against policy since July 9th even though you have been active in that period. A courtesy response would be appreciated, else we will be forced to block the username following the username policy. Thank you for your attention to the matter. -- Alexf42 11:34, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
